Bailey Window Cleaning provides window cleaning and related services for homes and businesses, such as cleaning glass inside and out, screens, tracks and sills, and glass doors. The services, price and date for your job are the ones we confirm with you before the work starts.
Quotes, estimates and scheduling
- Prices shown on our website are estimates based on the information you provide. We confirm your price before any work starts. If the job turns out different from what was described (for example, a different number of windows), we will tell you the updated price before we begin, and you can decline.
- Requests submitted through our website are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we confirm them with you by phone, email or text message. We may reschedule or decline a request.
- We may need to reschedule outdoor work because of rain, wind or unsafe conditions. If so, we will contact you to pick a new time.
- Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Access and property
You agree to give us safe access to the windows included in your job, including unlocked gates and pets secured. Please tell us about anything fragile near windows. We take care around your home, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as failed window seals, scratched or etched glass, or loose or damaged frames and screens. We will point out anything like this that we notice.
SMS messaging terms
- Program: Bailey Window Cleaning Appointments. When you opt in on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Bailey Window Cleaning about your quote or appointment, including quote and appointment confirmations, appointment reminders and customer care messages.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your quotes and appointments.

- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To opt back in, submit our quote form again with the consent box checked.
